Elinor is a dedicated Junior Pilates instructor at Balance Bloom Pilates. She earned her certification through the Mentorship Programme with So Fitness, an intensive 6-month training that offered hands-on learning and a deep dive into the core principles of Pilates. With nearly four years of experience practicing both Reformer and Mat Pilates, Elinor has developed a strong passion for the discipline—not only for its physical benefits but also for the way it enhances confidence and mental clarity. She has also completed a Pilates Anatomy course through Studio Pilates, further enriching her understanding of the body and movement mechanics. Elinor brings a thoughtful, empowering approach to her teaching, supporting clients as they grow stronger, more mobile, and more connected to their bodies.
A friend introduced me to Reformer Pilates, and I was instantly hooked. From the very first class, I was drawn in by the focus, the method, and the mindful approach to movement. It was such a refreshing shift from my regular gym routine. Even though I still have a gym membership, I find myself consistently choosing Pilates—it’s become a core part of my wellness routine.
Pilates has helped me become stronger, more flexible, and more balanced in ways I didn’t expect. But what I love most is how it connects mind and body. Learning to move with intention and practicing mindful breathing has been a game changer for my mental well-being. I also love the sense of community—being around people who are focused on growth and self-improvement is incredibly motivating. Every class challenges me and leaves me feeling empowered.
Sharing the benefits of Pilates has become a true passion. I love guiding clients through their journeys—helping them grow stronger, move with awareness, and gain confidence in their bodies. It’s a privilege to witness their progress and be a part of their transformation, both physically and mentally.
Balance Bloom is such a beautiful, welcoming space filled with natural light—it creates an immediate sense of calm the moment you walk in. With small class sizes, we’re able to give clients focused, personalized guidance and make sure everyone gets the most from their session. It’s a space designed for people to grow in both their Pilates practice and their self-confidence. And of course, meeting Baxter, our adorable studio pup and honorary receptionist, is always a bonus!
I earned my Pilates qualification in October 2024.
I enjoy running marathons! The longest distance I’ve completed is 21 km, and I can currently run 5 km in 30 minutes.
