With just five reformers in our calm, spacious studio, you’ll receive personalised attention and hands-on guidance from our experienced instructors, ensuring safe, effective movement every time.
Grippy socks are required for all sessions.

If you’re already familiar with Pilates reformer basics and don’t have specific individual needs that require one-on-one attention (our private sessions are perfect for that!), our group classes provide an affordable and dynamic addition to your weekly Pilates routine.
We’ve carefully scheduled classes throughout the week, making it easy for you to attend 2–4 sessions weekly. This consistency allows you to experience the transformative benefits Pilates offers for your body, mind, and soul.
